Quick update about tvpad firmware upgrade package to 3.26
I just have read the news, announced by the admin, that the release of the official upgrade package will be delayed again. The new release date of the firmware upgrade package to firmware version 3.26 is around December 7th (next week). Hopefully, the firmware upgrade package will not be delayed again. I will keep you updated. I am wondering whether there are any new changes in firmware version 3.26 compared to last firmware version 3.1...

I just saw on the official website that they are now offering a trial version of the TVpad M121S allowing you to use this device for one month (30 days) for $99. If you are satisfied after 30 days of usage, you have to pay another $160 (= $130 after discount applied) to use it forever. If you don't pay, the service will be stopped after 30 days. Latest official announcement about the TVpad firmware (3.0 firmware plan)
The TVpad management have posted a message talking about the un-official firmware upgrade package you can find on the Internet. They say that the un-official upgrade package may cause TVpad to stop working. They suggested to wait for the official firmware upgrade package to be released in November for all users to use.
Based on what I have read, some have succesfully upgraded their firmware using the un-official firmware package. However, I believe one person or more have trouble during/after the upgrade process.

Expected release date upgrade package 2.72 to 3.14
The TVpad management have mentioned that the expected release date of the upgrade package from 2.72 to 3.14 is somewhere in November. The upgrade package from 3.06 to 3.14 might be released sooner.

TVpad Youtube app firmware 2.72 and 3.0 has been fixed
Earlier, I have mentioned that some TVpad apps don't work at the moment. Now, the Youtube app has been fixed. Go to the apps section for more info about the Youtube app (firmware 2.72): apps section

TVpad M121S Firmware 3.14
It seems that TVpad M121S devices from now on have firmware 3.14. It has fixed some bugs found in the previous firmware version 3.06. It's not known yet when M121S users can upgrade to 3.14. Also, it's still not known yet when M121 users can upgrade to firmware 3.x.
About the NIJI Show app still not working, Chinese National holiday is till October 7th, so I am expecting they are going to fix this app and the other apps next we...

It seems that Youtube app as well as Niji Show app are not working at the moment on the TVpad M121 (with firmware version 2.72). When you have the M121S (with firmware 3.0), you can update the Youtube and Youku app in the App Garden. The Niji Show app is also not working on the M121S, still no fix available yet. TVpad M121S apps download link + Android remote control app
TVpad M121S apps can be downloaded and installed in the online "TVpad store" inside the "App Manager" (this can be seen in firmware 3.0 or higher). Upgrade your firmware to the latest firmware version if you haven't done that yet.
