TVpad user does not exist solution: changing DNS number

You have to change the DNS number on your TVpad if you get the "user does not exist" message on your TV screen. The most recent DNS number list can be seen below. If you have tried one DNS number and it is still not working, you should try another one.

    i have tvpad 1 and tried all of the dns number and none of them work. I'm in NYC. can you help me get a number that works please. thanks.

    If you are from the US, some people have mentioned they can watch the livestreams again by using this DNS number: 123.127.108.135

    none is work now, Some was working at week or few week ago. But I think they move to other DNS again!!

    If changing DNS number does not work, I think VPN provider is still the best solution if you have the TVpad 1,2 or 3
