TVpad Hong Kong (TVB) video on demand app does not seem to work at the moment

Also posted this message on my other blog,  it seems at the moment the TVpad Hong Kong (TVB) video on demand app does not seem to work at all since two days ago (there is no TV content shown inside the HK video on demand app). Even the TVpad BETV Mandarin video on demand app does not work at all at the moment (also no content shown inside the app).

 I also have experienced that the Hong Kong (TVB) live TV app sometimes does not work (can't open it sometimes), but at the moment it is working fine again on my TVpad. I can watch all the live TV channels from Hong Kong on my TVpad just fine. Tvpad HK Live Cantonese TV channels app (HITV) does not work at the moment, but there is also another app that has live TV channels from Hong Kong and it is working perfectly fine at the moment. So, try that app if you want to watch live TV from Hong Kong (eg. TVB, ATV, J2, etc).

The other live TV apps on my TVpad, such as the Taiwanese TV app with all the live channels as well as the Korean live TV app, seem to work perfectly fine at the moment.

Hopefully, it's just a temporary problem and the comprehensive TVpad Hong Kong (TVB) video on demand app is working soon again. 

Let me know below if you have experienced the same problems.

Try change your DNS number to the following numbers (try until the HK livestream app is working again):

    I'm having the same problem, but thought it was because I have an old version. Thought it was an upgrade thing, and didn't work

    change DNS to 146.0.227.36 and reboot

    I have the same problem..seem like most of tvpad relate sites also inaccessible, which makes me worry, on top of all the promotions lately from tvpad. Seem like they are reaching the end

    Same here, 粤海宽频23 (TVB on demand app) isn't working, it says no content, only live streaming works. Also 港粤快看（another TVB app) isn't working either, does not load at all. It's been like this for a few days now.
    Does anyone know what's going on?

    My tvpad is showing 'user does not exists' (no green man) since Thursday, Oct. 30. As of today, Nov. 2, I'm still not able to access any apps.

    I think tvpad is in trouble with copy right. that's what I read about.
    I am in CA, USA, certain site already failed and kept giving me message that is my net work issue but my network is fine. Even the china new tv series are not working, can't watch most of the new released. I just bought the new version......
