TVpad servers should now be working again
The TVpad servers should have been restored now and you should not get the tvpad user does not exist message anymore. Many users from all over the world have reported that it is working again even if you did not change the DNS number on your TVpad.
If you are still getting the tvpad user does not exist message, contact the customer service. Or you can also try changing the DNS number, see this post: change DNS number on your TVpad
